Do you use cookies?

No. This site sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What do you count?

We count page views per page, per day. Each count records only the page, the kind of site that sent you (for example a search engine or an AI assistant), campaign tags in the link, your device class (phone, tablet or computer) and the country your connection comes from.

We never store your IP address, your browser details, a cookie or any identifier that could follow you across visits or sites. A random marker in your browser tab tells us when a visit starts; it is deleted when you close the tab.

What happens when I send an enquiry or booking?

We receive the details you type (name, email, phone if given, your message or booking time) plus how you found the site. We use them to reply to you and, for bookings, to run the booking.

Enquiries and bookings are delivered to our inbox run for us by AuraicPulse (auraicpulse.info), which processes them only on our behalf.

What are my rights?

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or object to how we use them. Email contact@floatingaeratorsireland.com and we will act on it. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission).
